#45 Righteousness (12/07/25)

Please Consider:

Righteousness is the ability to do the right thing at the right time and in the right way. Anything less is not righteous.

#46 The Pathology of Not Forgiving (12/13/25)

Simply stated, when we do not forgive, we merely suppress a feeling. Feelings suppressed become a cesspool of emotions. Cesspools of emotions build by degree and are inclusive but not limited to some of the following:

  • Resentment
  • Bitterness
  • Lashing out
  • Unrighteous anger
  • Vindictiveness
  • Violence
  • Rage
  • Outrage
  • War

Signs of any of these are conspicuous evidence of having not forgiven. Ultimately, there are consequences. As Christians, we are called to believe the Word of Jesus Christ, and

Matthew 6:14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

#47 Disentangling Power of Forgiving 12/21/25

Please considee:

When we forgive, we set ourselves free from the unnecessary entanglements that bind our hearts, minds, bodies, souls, and spirits. In that release, we become open to greater freedom in and through God's Spirit—to truly know God's will and to do God's will in the power of the Spirit rather than in the feeble and futile strength of our own flesh. We are set free. The recipient, however, will still reap God's vengeance as they suffer the consequences of reaping what they have sown. Only believe.

#48 Footprints in the Sand 12/28/25

A Popular Inspirational Poem

One night, I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonged to me and the other to the Lord. Then, the last scene of my life flashed before me. I looked back at the footprints in the sand.

I was surprised to see that at all the low points of my life, there was only one set of footprints. I said to the Lord, "You promised me that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life, there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, you have not been there for me?"

The Lord replied, "The times when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you."

Please consider:

This is certainly an awesome and wonderful concept, and I believe wholeheartedly that it is "conceptually true." Yet while the idea of a "personal" relationship with Jesus Christ is comforting, awesome, and wonderful, I firmly believe that something even more awesome and wonderful is an "intimate" relationship with God the Father. When we are Saved and the Sanctification process begins, we attain greater freedom in the Spirit and of the Spirit to navigate the hard times. It is His Spirit within us that is our hope of glory, the ease of our yoke, the lightness of our burden, and the clarity of our pathway.

Matthew 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Matthew 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
Mark 12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

The intent of CRA is:
>NOT to demean other religious perspectives but to share the rationale for a better way;
>NOT to insist but to proclaim what is perceived to be a more excellent way;
>NOT to convince but to reveal the perceived Truth and allow the Spirit of God to convict the hearts and >minds of those who are receptive;
>NOT to force feed but to share
>NOT to intimidate but to encourage;
>NOT to coerce but to invite;
>NOT to argue but to dialogue;
>NOT to divide but to unite.
